The owner is super nice and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable with a great bed, the breakfast is jaw-droppingly delicious and the views from the terrace are mind-blowing. The restaurant across the street serves fantastic food and the hosts are super friendly. Great value for money with big and clean rooms, free parking, good wifi and air conditioning. The restaurant offers a great gastronomic experience for vegetarians. The room has coffee and tea making facilities, and the breakfast spread is varied and delicious. A truly pleasant and amazing place to stay.

we had an amazing walking tour in lithotopos and our stay at this guesthouse was exceptional! the staff was incredibly pleasant and the breakfast was delicious. the location by the lake was perfect for outdoor activities and the view from our room was breathtaking.

This lovely guesthouse is in a great location, very close to the beautiful Kerkini Lake. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and nice views from the balcony. The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service, and the breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Guests can also enjoy tasty meals at the restaurant across the road. The free wifi and onsite parking are additional conveniences.

The shower unit in some rooms may be in need of repair.
